How we handle your information
This notice explains what personal information TenSure collects, why, who sees it, how long we keep it and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
Who we are
TenSure is a trading name of Prizm Property Partners (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2021/934934/07, Kloof, KwaZulu-Natal. We are the responsible party for the information described here.
Information officer: Chris Rencken, [email protected], +27 83 462 9254.
What we collect
Contact details for you and your business; details of your premises and lease; the lease, addenda, statements and other documents you send us; and messages you send through this website or by email.
Your documents may contain personal information about other people, such as landlord or managing agent staff. By sending them, you confirm that you are entitled to share them with us.
Why we use it
To assess whether your case is suitable for review, prepare a written quote, carry out the work you instruct us to do, and communicate with you about it.
With your separate, optional consent, we may use anonymised figures to produce benchmarks. Nothing that identifies you or your premises is published.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website, receive form submissions and handle email, under confidentiality obligations; with professional advisers where your matter needs it; or where the law requires us to.
Some providers store or process information outside South Africa. We use them only with your consent and where they are bound by protection substantially similar to POPIA.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to deliver the work and meet our legal, tax and professional record-keeping obligations. After that it is deleted or de-identified.
How we protect it
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your information secure, limit access to the people who need it, and will tell you and the Information Regulator if we believe it has been compromised.
This website
We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited. Google Analytics sets cookies; you can block them in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.
Your rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, or withdraw a consent you have given, by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that has already taken place.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
